Q: If I want to travel on a particular date but haven't purchased an Our Deal voucher, can the booking/room be held for me until I have purchased the voucher?

Q: What are the travel dates?

Q: What is the promotion availability?
A: Your booking is subject to the availability of the actual rooms provided by the resort for the Our Deal promotion. This allocation of rooms is well in excess of the rooms required to satisfy the offer, however, not all rooms available at the resort on any given day will be available to guests participating in the promotion offer. Please note that booking available rooms is on a First Come First Served basis.
Q: How do I make a booking/redeem my voucher once I have purchased an Our Deal voucher for this holiday offer?
A: You can visit the Register page, fill out the registration form along with your Our Deal voucher code, and then you will be able to make a booking online. Alternatively, please call 1300 652 618. Any bookings made through the call centre will attract an additional fee of just $10 per booking.
Q: How do I make a booking if I have purchased 2 vouchers and want to combine them for a longer stay?
A: You will need to use your first voucher for the first set of dates and then make a new booking with the second voucher for the proceeding dates.
Q: Can I contact the resort directly to make a booking/redeem my voucher or check availability?
A: No. Bookings/voucher redemptions and availability checks must be made through Our Holiday Deal.
Q: Can I cancel or make changes to my booking?
A: Should you cancel your accommodation booking after you have redeemed your Voucher, no refund applies. Resort extras if purchased are also non-refundable and cannot be amended after your booking has been confirmed. Bookings cannot be amended.

A: Yes, for an additional fee. Each additional night costs $143 in a 2 Bedroom Apartment or $165 in a 2 Bedroom Executive Apartment. To check prices, availability and book online, please visit the Register page, fill out the registration form along with your Our Deal voucher code, and then proceed to the Booking page to log in and make a booking online. Q: Is there a bond required at the resort upon check-in?
A: Yes. A credit card imprint is required upon check-in to the resort.
Q: What is the bedding configuration in the rooms?
A: 2 Bedroom Apartments have a bedding configuration of 1 queen bed and 2 single beds. 2 Bedroom Executive Apartments have a bedding configuration of 1 queen bed and 2 single beds. Additional bedding will incur a surcharge. All requests are taken into consideration but cannot be guaranteed. Infant cots are available for hire from the resort, subject to availability.
Q: How many people can sleep in a room?
A: 2 Bedroom Apartments sleep a maximum of 5 adults and a maximum of 3 children but cannot exceed 5 guests in total. 2 Bedroom Executive Apartments sleep a maximum of 5 adults and a maximum of 3 children but cannot exceed 5 guests in total. Rates are based on 4 guests. An extra person surcharge of $30 applies per adult (2+ years) per night. Children aged 0-2 years are free using existing bedding. Infant cots are available for hire from the resort, subject to availability. Cots must be pre-booked prior to arrival. If your party includes more than the maximum allowed people per room, you will be required to purchase an additional Our Deal voucher to book an additional room.
